The Stitch Dictionary is a continuing project that we started in January 2024. However, you can join it at any time.
We are working through the alphabet and looking for stitches that belong with that particular initial letter (see opposite). Sometimes there are many to choose from. For other letters we have only found a few. Each January and February we will be joining another 2 letters to the ones that we have already made. Eventually we should end up with 26 squares containing every letter.
These squares can be made into a wall-hanging, a cushion, framed separately or made into a sample book.
