Live Life Better Derbyshire

Live Life Better Derbyshire is a free health and wellbeing service provided by Derbyshire County Council. You can find out more about the service on their website: Home - Live Life Better Derbyshire

They are keen to promote the physical activity element of their service and to offer free blood pressure checks to people across Derbyshire. They would be happy to visit groups whose members may benefit from increased physical activity opportunities, provide blood pressure checks, deliver a short taster physical activity session suitable for the group and help people understand how they can become more active and access local health and wellbeing opportunities.
