ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Ashbourne & District U3A (A&Du3a) was held at St Oswalds Church Hall, 5 School Lane, Ashbourne DE6 1AN at 11.30am on Friday 10h April 2026. 

All current members were entitled to attend and vote at the meeting. 

Agenda

The business of the AGM was:

1. To approve the minutes of the AGM held on 4th April 2025. 
2. To present (1) the Chair’s Report and (2) the Accounts of A&Du3a for 2025 (‘the 2025 Accounts’).
3. To approve the appointment of PKF Smith Cooper of 7 Compton Street, Ashbourne DE6 1BX as independent examiners of the accounts of A&Du3a for the year ending 31st December 2026.
4. To elect the Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and Secretary and up to eight other members to serve on the Committee of Trustees of A&Du3a until the AGM of A&Du3a to be held in 2027.
