The group plays at The Red Lion in Hognaston.

You don't need to have any boules to start with - the pub has spares to loan. In time, though, you may wish to purchase some online.

Our Petanque groups have a WhatsApp group so that members can contact each other about the weather etc. As the pub does not charge for the use of the terrain most members usually stay on and have lunch together at the pub.

There is a booking system for each group. We normally play with no more than 12 players to ensure that games don't last forever.
