There is no need to be a member of the Garden Group to attend our trips or to commit to any specific number of visits. Once at the location you are free to do exactly what you want - we wander around in small groups or alone!

Transport costs are estimated - the more people that come the cheaper it will be. We normally give a rebate on the day if numbers allow a reduction in the charge. Costs are published on the website event and in the Newsletter once we have an idea of numbers.

Please note that payment for the transport is required TWO WEEKS before the trip - please make cheques payable to 'Ashbourne and District U3A' and either bring to the Monthly Meeting or give to Sandra Holmes and Mary Marshall;

Cancellation - in the unlikely event that you need to cancel PLEASE ring one of the Organisers to let us know at your earliest opportunity. If you can get someone to take your place please do so - if not we will try and repay transport fees in part or in full - but we CANNOT do so if we have not covered our costs.

Booking lists are available at the Monthly Meeting or book directly with Sandra Holmes and Mary Marshall
