I am trying to work out the best ways to help everyone.  We now have 46 groups whose Group Leaders range from the ‘IT enthusiasts’ to the ‘IT terrified’ and there is every variation of skill-level in between.  All suggestions will be gratefully received.

The Author’s Workbook: The new site has greater potential than the current one.  If you are interested in all the ‘bells and whistles’ then let me know and I will send you the workbook as a pdf.  The idea is that you work through it at your own pace.  It is a 77 page document and it is very user-friendly. It is not all solid reading.  It contains numerous screenshots that are really helpful.
